After having my cabin list with another broker in Island Park for over a year with no success, I decided to contact Jolene Jenkins to see if she would sell my cabin for me. I contacted her late in the afternoon at her own cabin on Bill's Island in Island Park. She agreed to list my cabin. About 10:00 p.m. I received a call requesting a key to my cabin because she had contacted someone that she knew and she told me that he was already on his way to look at my cabin that very night. I was very surprised and gave her the key.

That next morning I learned that she had shown my cabin at about 1 a.m. that morning and had me an offer to purchase my cabin-which I accepted.
